Delete your account
Permanently remove your Billback account and all associated data.
You can delete your Billback account at any time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
This will permanently delete:
- All your expenses and receipt images
- Your tags and settings (company name, currency)
- Your profile and authentication record
Exported PDFs saved to your own device are not affected.
Option 1 — Delete in the app (fastest)
- Open Billback and sign in.
- Tap your profile avatar (top-right).
- Choose Manage account → Security.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
Your account and all expense data are removed immediately.
Option 2 — Email request
If you cannot access the app, email us from the address associated with your Billback account:
- To: appbillback@gmail.com
- Subject:
Delete my Billback account
- Body: include the email address of the account to delete.
We will confirm and delete your account within 30 days (typically within 3 business days).

What happens after deletion
- Your account record, expense data, and receipt images are removed from our database and authentication provider.
- Anonymized analytics events (Vercel Analytics) contain no personal identifiers and cannot be linked back to you — these are not individually deleted.
- Residual copies in standard server backups are overwritten on a routine cycle.
